RAWALPINDI, May 3: Capt (retired) Mohammad Safdar, the son- in-law of Nawaz Sharif, obtained nomination papers from Rana Masood Akhtar, the returning officer for NA-52 Rawalpindi-III, for the June 18 by-elections.
