LAHORE, April 30: A two-member Pakistan powerlifting squad, comprising a lifter and an official, left here on Wednesday for Uzbekistan to take part in the Asian powerlifting championship being held in Tashkent from Thursday.
The lifter, Mohammad Abdul Jabar, is accompanied by Mohammad Zeeshan, his manager, said a spokesman of the Pakistan Powerlifting Federation.—APP
