HARIPUR, April 28: Two motorcyclists were killed in an accident, while another sustained severe injuries on Rehana Road near Sera-e-Saleh here on Sunday evening.

Saddar police said that three teenaged boys, who went for a picnic to Chitri Dam near village Rehana, were returning home when the motorcycle bearing No. 5846-Rawalpindi crashed against a roadside tree near Ban Maira, Sera-e-Saleh, injuring all of them seriously.

The accident occurred due to over speeding, eye witnesses said.

The people of the area and the police shifted the injured boys to the District Headquarters Hospital, Haripur where doctors pronounced one of them dead, while the other two were referred to the Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH), Abbottabad. However, according to the police, one of the two boys succumbed to injuries on way to Abbottabad.
