KARACHI, April 28: The two-day telecommunication congress, TeleCON2008, is starting here on Tuesday, says a press release.
The conference is designed to discuss the emergence and viability of new technologies in the next phase of the communication era in the world, including Pakistan, and the current and future telecom policy and framework.
