Police directed to help city govt

QUETTA, April 22: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court on Tuesday directed the provincial government and the Capital City Police Officer to depute police personnel to help the city government in shifting a bus-stand to Hazarganji.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani was hearing a petition filed by Al-Yousuf Coach Company. The city nazim said that the city government needed police. He said the bus stand at Coal Phattak would be shifted in a week and others in three weeks to the Hazarganji terminal.—Correspondent
