Militants’ bid to kidnap WFP employees foiled
Landi Kotal, April 21: Militants took eight militiamen hostage after the Frontier Corps foiled an attempt by them on Monday to kidnap two employees of the World Food Programme.
A heavy exchange of fire between the two sides left two FC troops dead and five others wounded.
