KARACHI, April 18: Ten ships carrying general cargo, containers and to load cement are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where five ships, As Mars, Emirates Wasi, Calvin P. Titus to unload and load containers, Arabian Wind to load ethanol and Bengal Orchid to offload chemical were berthed after the departure of four.

The departing ships were led by APL Pusan, Bulk Arrow, New Alliance and Lady Chara while As Mars, Antwerp Ace, Emirate Wasi, Thor Hawk, Calvin P. Titus, Orient Stride, Barvo-P and Bengal Orchid are due to sail out on Saturday. A total tonnage of 0.132m tons comprising 59,369 tons of export cargo and 72,772 tons of import tonnage was handled on Friday.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Sea Sky with oil, Oel Victory, Sima Sahba, Soon Fu, Mir Damad, and Harmony with containers, Nan Hai with coal, Sari to load cement and Emerald Cokal with general cargo.
