PESHAWAR, April 14: The government appointed Professor Dr Rasool Khan as vice-chancellor of Malakand University for a period of four years, said a notification issued here on Monday.

Dr Rasool would relieve Dr Mohammad Iqbal, Dean Faculty of Numerical Sciences, University of Peshawar, who held additional charge of acting vice chancellor of Malakand University for the last eight months. Dr Rasool was working as director of Institute of Chemical Sciences, University of Peshawar.
