MIRPURKHAS: Youth killed

MIRPURKHAS, April 14: A youth was slaughtered by unidentified persons in Rasoolpur village near a cotton factory here in the wee hours of Sunday.

Sarfaraz Arain 30, was asleep in his room when assailants barged into his house and slaughtered him with a sharp knife and escaped.

When mother of the deceased went to the room in the morning to serve him breakfast, she found the body in a pool of blood. Police shifted the body to civil hospital for autopsy.

Reports said that Sarfaraz Arain had returned from his lands situated at Jamshoro district on Saturday night. The deceased’s brother Mehboob Arain lodged murder case with the Satellite town police against unidentified accused.
