By Our Staff Correspondent

QUETTA, April 7: Two security personnel were killed and five others injured in bomb blasts and armed attacks on security forces in Khuzdar, Noshki and Hub areas of Balochistan on Monday.

Sources said that an FC vehicle was hit by a remote-controlled bomb near Government Girls College, Noshki. A soldier was killed and two others were injured.

The FC soldiers were on their way to Noshki from their check-post when they came under attack. The injured were taken to Quetta for treatment.

Another FC man was killed in Khuzdar when unidentified assailants opened fire at their vehicle on a bridge in Khatan area.

Sources said that unknown people also attacked a police van with a bomb at the Hub-Dureji road in Lasbela district. “Three police personnel received injures when a remote-controlled bomb hit the police van,” a police official said.
