Castrol incorporated in Pakistan

KARACHI, April 3: Castrol, one of the world’s leading lubricants marketers, has incorporated Castrol Pakistan Limited (CPL).

A press release issued here on Thursday said that the CPL would manage marketing, distribution and sales of Castrol brands independently in Pakistan.

Roger Elston-Green, Managing Director of Castrol Pakistan, said: “Castrol desires to do business with the specialists in each area.

For this reason, we have signed a nationwide distribution agreement with International Brands Limited”.

Mr Roger said that the future of the lubricants industry in Pakistan was very bright compared with other similar countries in Asia.

Looking at vehicles per capita, Pakistan has one of the highest motorisation potentials, especially in the area of small cars and motorcycles, he added.
