BADIN, April 2: The parents and students of Sindh University Laar campus Badin have condemned the hooliganism on the campus by a group of students after the announcement of withdrawal of ban on student unions.

The nazim UC-1 of Badin, Riaz Memon, and PPP leader Ahmed Khan Kumbhar had asked the students to stay away from politics and assured the parents that the sanctity of educational institutions would be maintained at all costs.

Reports said some SPSF activists and others raised had slogans and abused lecturers during college time on Monday.

The teaching staff have protested over the misbehaviour of student leaders and boycotted the classes.

Principal of the college, Hayat Keerio, when contacted said that they had ended their protest after MPA-elect Dr Sikandar Ali Mandhro assured that severe disciplinary action would be taken against such elements, if they repeated the same act.
