WB team visits Overseas Chamber

KARACHI, Feb 15: A delegation comprising Yusupha Crookes, Country Director of the World Bank and his team held an interactive session with Zubyr Soomro, President, Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry and members at the Chamber.

According to a press release issued here on Friday the details of the Perception Survey conducted by the OICCI during 2007 were discussed at length. Consistency in government policies and the growing domestic economy were seen as key contributors to making Pakistan as an attractive investment destination.

It was suggested that a consistency in economic policies is required to continue with the economic growth.
