KARACHI, Feb 6: Seven ships carrying containers and coal are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was on the higher side where five ships, notably PAC Antlia, Mol Ability, Oel Spirit, and APL Shenzhen were berthed after the departure of as many including Conti Germany, Pac Antlia, Asian Queen and Soros.

A total volume of 0.188m tons comprising 67,050 tons of export cargo, including 10,521 tons of cement and 7,049 tons of rice and 0.117m tons of import cargo was handled during the last two days.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Hyundai Future, Soon Fu, Calvin P. Titus, Harmony, Filippa, and Kapitan Bynkin, with containers and Annita, with 41,429 tons of coal.
