TEST: Senior Vice President Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Pakistan criticised the decision of Higher Education Commission for making English language test compulsory for teachers before appointment and issuance of degree.

In a statement issued here on Monday he said the decision reflected rulers’ inclination to accept slavery.

He wondered when papers of English were part of examinations then why such condition had been made mandatory. He said when a student had passed this paper then it was not fair to test him in the same subject again.
