SHIKARPUR: Two killed in clash

SHIKARPUR, Jan 11: Two farmers were killed and five others received bullet injuries in a gun battle which took place between two groups of farmers in Juma Khan Jafri on Thursday.

Dost Ali Jafri and Zafarullah Jafri were killed on the spot while five others, identified as Karamullah, Fida Hussain, Saindad, Abdullah and Mohammad Nawaz, were seriously injured.

The motive behind the clash was reportedly a dispute over cattle grazing in a field.

Those injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
