First Haj flight arrives

LAHORE, Dec 25: The fist batch of 433 pilgrims arrived here through the national carrier on Tuesday.

PIA senior vice-president Anwar Rasool Khan, director (Haj) Farogh Aftab Zaidi and officials of the Civil Aviation Authority greeted them at the Allama Iqbal International Airport.

As many as 121,447 pilgrims will return home through the PIA post-Haj operation that would be completed by Jan 24.
