PESHAWAR, Dec 7: The NWFP government has promoted 16 officers from BPS-18 to BPS-19. According to a notification, the officers who have been promoted are: Nizamuddin, Attiq-ur-Rehman, Abdul Latif, Ghulam Siddique, M. Ishaque Qureshi, Ahmad Hassan, Zakiullah, S. Kamran Shah, S.
