LAHORE, Dec 3: Semi-finals of the Inter-region Level-II cricket tournament will be played simultaneously from Dec 6 to 8.
At the PCB Academy Ground in Karachi, the home team will face Faisalabad whereas Sialkot will take on Hyderabad at the Jinnah Stadium in Gujranwala.
