FAISALABAD, Dec 3: A head constable was gunned down by unidentified dacoits near Rasool Pur Bridge on Monday.
Reports said unknown highwaymen were looting people near Rasool Pur Bridge in Nishatabad police precinct, when head constable Mohammad Jamil, who was on way to the police station, tried to nab them.
Dacoits opened fire, killing him on the spot. They fled from the scene after committing the crime. — Correspondent
