KARACHI, Dec 3: Three ships carrying containers and edible oil arrived at the outer anchorage during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release issued here on Monday.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 50 per cent at the wharves where five ships, Federica, Zabrjad, Hundy Tanker Glory, Zabrjad and Oak Galaxy, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, wheat and edible oil.

A cargo volume of 34,931 tons comprising 23,657 tons of import and 11,274 tons of export tonnage was handled.Sailing was also active as CMA CGM Tulip and Frederica left the port while Oak Galaxy and Hundy Tanker Glory were expected to depart.
