KARACHI, Nov 21: A ship loaded with rice developed a fault in its steering system and collided with a vessel berthed at the Karachi Port on Wednesday. The collision damaged both the vessels.

Officials sources said that MV ‘Jaipur’ registered in Jordan was loaded at berth No. 19 (West Wharf) and was sailing out when it developed the fault and hit ‘Yang Hai’ at berth No. 1 (East Wharf).
