KARACHI, Oct 10: A division bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice Rehmat Hussain Jaffery and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain on Wednesday set aside the trial court’s judgment and acquitted six men in a double murder case.
Accused Ahmed Khan, Saifullah Khan, Dilbar Khan, Hakim Khan, Alam Khan and Abdullah were awarded life terms by Additional District and Sessions Judge Karachi, South, Ghulam Rasool Samoon on July 31, 2006, finding them guilty in the case.
