LONDON, July 16: The euro was broadly unchanged against the dollar on Monday, with traders weighing up eurozone inflation data and a strong manufacturing survey for the New York area.
The European single currency rose slightly to $1.3785 in late European trading, off its record high of $1.3814 struck on Friday.
The pound surged to a 26-year high of $2.0398 in early European trading before falling back to $2.0375.—AFP
