PESHAWAR, July 13: The NWFP population welfare department has set up free medical camps in Peshawar, Chitral, D.I. Khan and Tank to provide food items, medicines, mineral water, dry milks and biscuits to the flood-affected people.

The department is also establishing free medical camps in other districts of the province.

NWFP Population Welfare and Women Development Minister Kashif Azam Chishti is reported have asked the population department to divert the expenditures of World Population Day functions to the victims of flood and rains.—PPI
