QUETTA, June 3: Police on Sunday arrested Badal Khan Bugti and seized three kilograms of explosive material.

Police sources in the Quetta said the arrested man was a saboteur.

They said that he was going on a bicycle when police arrested him near the Bolan Medical Complex suburb of the city.
