KARACHI, April 29: Acting President and Chairman of the Senate, Muhammadmian Soomro, has stressed the need to seek spiritual help for solving our religious and materialistic problems.

He was speaking at a Jashn-Eid-Milad-un-Nabi (Pbuh) function at Taheri Mosque in Saddar, which was organised by the Dawoodi Bohra Jamat, Karachi, on Saturday.

Mr Soomro recalled the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh), in which stress was laid on learning and moral values.

He also praised the organisers of the function, along with hailing the discipline of the Bohra Jamat. He said that under the dynamic leadership of Dr Syedna Muhammad Burhanuddin, spiritual leader of the community, Bohras had been making progress in all spheres of life. Earlier, President of Karachi Dawoodi Bohra Jamat, Shabbir Bhai Nomani, welcomed the chief guest and highlighted aspects of the life and conduct of the Holy Prophet (Pbuh).
