Warrants issued against ASI, three constables

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, April 27: The Additional Sessions Judge Kandiaro, Iqbal Ahmed Khwaja, has issued warrants against ASI and three police constables of Kandiaro police in a direct complaint lodged against them on Friday.

The warrants were issued against ASI Allah Wadhayo, constables Awais Tagar, Shah Mohammad Marri, Abdul Sattar Maitlo in a direct complaint.

The complainant Nabi Bux Ghanghro, resident of Dhani Dino Ghanghro village, stated in the complaint that after function of his son's marriage, he and his family members along with guests were sitting in the house when ASI Allah Wadhayo, constables Awais, Shah Mohammad, Abdul Sattar and three other police officials forcibly entered into his house, smashed households and thrashed them up.

The complainant and others were threatened of dire consequences if they the beans. They broke the box, took gold ornaments, Rs50,000 cash from box and Rs10,000 from the pocket of complainant. The police party also took his brother with them.

The complainant said that he, along with guests Ghulam Siddique Ghanghro and Allah Jurio, went to the police station where the said ASI and constables told him to take his brother and not to lodge any complaint.
