Understanding of global affairs stressed
ISLAMABAD, April 20: A leading Muslim scholar from Kuwait has said that understanding of world affairs is a must for unity and solution of global issues.
According to a press release, Sheikh Yousaf Hashim Al-Rafae was addressing a gathering of faculty members and students at the International Islamic University here on Friday.
Mr Al-Rafae, who is also a former minister, urged upon the Muslim Ummah to forge unity by taking steady steps keeping in view the contemporary world requirements.—Our Reporter
