KARACHI, April 18: Zubyr Soomro, managing director and country officer Citigroup Pakistan and Waqar A Malik, chief executive ICI Pakistan have been elected as president and vice-president, respectively, of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) for the year 2007-08, says a press release.
