BCCI meets today

MUMBAI, April 5: The crucial two-day conclave of the Indian cricket board starts on Friday to chalk out the future course of India’s cricket which is at the cross-roads following the team's debacle in the World Cup and the quitting of coach Greg Chappell.

The first day of the two-day sitting would be a fact-finding mission with Chappell, captain Rahul Dravid, manager Sanjay Jagdale and selection panel chief Dilip Vengsarkar involved in the Cup review meeting with the BCCI's office bearers headed by president Sharad Pawar.

Chappell and Jagdale are to submit their tour reports to the cricket board's mandarins during this meeting.—Agencies
