ATTOCK, April 4: Netball Federation of Pakistan (NFP) has announced a six-member Rules and Technical Committee for the 30th National Games 2007, commencing at Karachi from April 9.

While talking to local newsmen here on Wednesday, President NFP, Capt Zafar Iqbal Awan said that committee comprises six members — Abdul Razzak (Chairman NFP), Nadia Begum (Secretary General Netball Association NWFP), Mudasar Arian (General Secretary NFP), Syed Tauqeer Ahmed (Secretary General Netball Association Balochistan), Tahir Ikram and Muhammad Asif Rajar.

The committee will be responsible for all technical and rules matters on and of the filed and its first meeting will be held on April 7 in this regard.

He said under rules, players registered for a province or a departmental team shall not be eligible to participate from any other team before obtaining an NOC from PNF. Besides, the transfer of players from one team to another will be possible only after depositing a transfer fee of Rs5,000.
