HYDERABAD, April 4: The Sindh Taraqqi-Pasand Party Chairman Dr Qadir Magsi has condemned the kidnapping of a young Hindu boy Om Prakash in Jacobabad more than two weeks ago and accused the government of patronising the kidnapped.

Mr Magsi said speaking to party workers at Taraqqi-Pasand House on Tuesday that three more people including two girls had been kidnapped in Upper Sindh since Om Prakash was snatched but the government appeared least concerned about law and order.

He said that the government was bent upon eliminating the middle class by strengthening feudal system in the province. On the other hand the government was victimising political workers and registering false cases against them, he said.

He demanded that the government should recover Om Prakash and other kidnapped persons without any delay and release the arrested political workers.

DEMO: Activists of Jeay Sindh National Party (JSNP) staged a demonstration outside the press club on Wednesday against the kidnapping of Om Prakash in Jacobabad.
