KARACHI, March 31: Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal President and Jamat-i-Islami Pakistan Amir Qazi Hussain Ahmad on Saturday said that in the forthcoming elections, MMA would defeat ‘the agents of the US.’
Addressing a Seerat-un-Nabi (Pbuh) conference at Old Sabzi Mandi here, he said the concept of dividing the Ummah into nations and groups was detrimental for Muslims. He charged that the slogan of “Putting Pakistan first” was aimed at isolating Pakistan from the rest of Ummah.
He said that past glories could be revived by strictly implementing teachings of Quran and Sunnah. —PPI
