KARACHI: HSC suppl results

KARACHI, March 24: The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi declared the results of Higher Secondary Certificate (part-II) supplementary examinations 2006 Humanities Group (private) here on Saturday.

According to a notification, none of the male candidates secured A-1 and A grades while only one female candidate secured A grade.

Two male and seven female students got B grades, 50 male and 49 female candidates passed in C grades, 452 male and 470 female candidates passed in D grades and 254 male and 207 female candidates secured E grades.

It stated that 1,535 male and 1,843 female students were registered of them 1,430 male and 1,768 female students appeared in the exams while 758 male and 734 female students were declared successful. The pass percentage of male students remained at 53.01 per cent and of the female students 41.52 per cent.
