KARACHI, March 19: PPP MNA Nabeel Ahmed Gabol has said he has submitted a reference with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim for misuse of authority.

He said the reference pertained to the chief minister’s act of allowing an Indian woman, Sara Singh, to use a government helicopter for visiting Larkana, Tharparkar, Hyderabad, Khairpur and other areas of Sindh in January and February this year.

Mr Gabol maintained that the provincial government had to bear an expenditure running into millions of rupees due to the unauthorised use of official helicopter.

He said the NAB should ask the chief minister that under what authority he had allowed her to use the helicopter.
