Three die in accident

FAISALABAD, Feb 3: Three people, including a woman, were killed and five others sustained injuries in an accident on Rajana Road, Samundri, here on Friday.

A wagon carrying commuters was on its way to Chak 481-GB when it collided with a stationary trolley laden with sugarcane. Resultantly, Jamila Bibi, Hanif and Khalil of Chak 481-GB died on the spot while Javed of Chak 477-GB, Sher Mohammad, Zafar Iqbal, Surraya and Safia of Chak 481-GB received injuries.

All the injured were shifted to hospital and condition of two was stated to be critical.

The wagon driver managed to escape.
