KARACHI: Bail plea rejected

KARACHI, Jan 20: The additional district and sessions judge, South, Sher Bano Karim, on Saturday dismissed the bail application of an accused in an electric wire theft case. Rahim Shah, who had earlier obtained pre-arrest bail on Dec 30, 2006 had come to the court for the bail confirmation. However, the judge cancelled his pre-arrest bail and he was immediately arrested.
