PESHAWAR, Jan 6: The FIA has arrested an Afghan national for allegedly trying to travel abroad on a Pakistani passport. FIA officials had received information that an Afghan national would attempt to travel abroad on a Pakistan passport, the immigration staff have been alerted to foil the bid, says a press release issued here on Saturday. The FIA arrested an Afghan identied as Najeebullah when he appeared on the immigration counter bearing a Pakistani passport and other relevant travel documents. A case has been registered against the accused.—APP
