Blasts rock Balochistan

QUETTA, Dec 27: A bomb blast on Wednesday morning damaged a bridge on the RCD highway near Tarkhali area, some 25 km of Wadh township. Traffic between Wadh and Karachi remained suspended for some time following the explosion. Later, National Highway Authorities officials created a diversion and restored the traffic.

A sewerage pipeline in the Saddar police station area of the Hub town was also damaged by a powerful explosion on Wednesday night. According to another report a vehicle coming from Loti gas field area was blown up near Sui when it hit a landmine. Occupants of the vehicle remained unhurt.
