Murderer of PAF officer gets death
LAHORE, Dec 14: A court on Thursday awarded death sentence to two accused for killing a retired Air Force officer and his wife during a robbery. Additional district and sessions judge Saddiquz Zaman handed down the capital punishment to Rashid and Arshad, who had murdered PAF officer Mumtaz Elahi and his wife, Salma Bibi, during a robbery attempt in Ghalib Market in 2003. The court also fined Rs100,000 each to the convicts.
