Online audit system launched
PESHAWAR, Dec 14: The online Integrated Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Reporting System, a pilot project of the Project for Improvement Financial Reporting and Auditing in the NWFP, was inaugurated here on Thursday to improve finance, budgeting and accounting procedures in the province.
According to provisions in the project, auditors, finance managers and economic experts will see and evaluate the performance of various functions, including budgeting and accounting of provincial departments and district governments in the NWFP.—APP
