Loadshedding of gas decried

By Our Correspondent

BAHAWALPUR, Dec 3: Consumers have lodged a strong protest with the SNGPL management against the unannounced gas loadshedding and low pressure, particularly, during peak morning hours.

A good number of consumers, including notables, councillors and nazims from different localities in their separate statements alleged that they had been facing inconvenience for the last several days because of unscheduled disruption in gas supply.

They said the low gas pressure was mainly being experienced in the morning time when housewives were busy in kitchens. Most of the occasion, they had to look for some alternative arrangements for preparing breakfast to facilitate their husbands and children.

Affected consumers have demanded that the SNGPL authorities should take positive steps for the redressal of their complaints.
