Salman powers NBP home

KARACHI, Nov 26: Salman Butt hit an unbeaten century as National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) defeated Pakistan Customs by seven wickets in the Patron’s Trophy Grade-I match at the NBP Sports Complex on Sunday.

Left-handed Salman smashed 17 boundaries in his 211-minute knock of 105 off 151 deliveries as the bankers reached their target before tea interval.

Another Pakistan discard Imran Nazir hit five boundaries and a pair of sixes in his 49.

The bankers collected nine points from the victory and took their points tally to 18.
