DERA GHAZI KHAN, Nov 25: Kot Cchutta police on Saturday foiled an attempt of kidnapping three tenants of Jhoke Uttra union council nazim after an encounter with gangsters for almost a whole day.
Police said that the men of the Bhand gang kidnapped tenants Aslam, Muhammad Bakhsh and Riaz of UC Nazim Mian Zafar in Mauza Rakh Saiwara Bait Cheenwala.
On the report of the UC nazim, a heavy police contingent rushed to the spot and started chasing the fleeing kidnappers.
