Matrimonial dispute takes man’s life in Attock

ATTOCK, Nov 23: A man was killed and another got injuries over a matrimonial dispute at village Bolianwal on Wednesday evening.

Mohammad Akram reported to Saddar police that four armed men including Haji Vallyat Khan, Mohammad Ejaz, Waheed and Zaheer allegedly attacked on his family members and fled away from the scene.

During the attack two of his relatives, Wajib Khan and Nawazish, sustained serious injuries, who were rushed to the District Headquarters Hospital Attock. However, Wajib Khan died there.

Police registered murder and attempted murder cases against the accused and started investigations.

BIKES RECOVERED: City police have recovered two stolen motorbikes from the possession of two motorbike lifters.

Police said they arrested accused Iftikhar after recovering a stolen motorcycle (AKB-321) from his possession.

During investigations, he said that another accused Sadaqat had also stolen a motorbike (AKB-3824). Police arrested him and reportedly recovered the stolen motorbike.
