Venues named for Twenty20 Cup


DUBAI, Nov 21: Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town will host the first Twenty20 World Championship in South Africa next year, the International Cricket Council announced on Tuesday.

The cities will host the 12-team event next September. The three grounds also hosted games at the 2003 World Cup. Cricket's top 10 nations will compete, with the final two spots to be determined at a tournament in January.—AP
