PESHAWAR: Quick disposal of work urged

PESHAWAR, Nov 20: NWFP Minister for Education Maulana Fazle Ali Haqqani has directed authorities of the education department to evolve a better mechanism to ensure quick disposal of official work.

He was talking to employees of the directorate of higher education during his visit to the office. The director, higher education, was also present.

The minister warned employees of the department against red-tapism and urged them to adopt a ‘problem solving approach’.

He asked officials of the education department to improve working of the department. He warned that action would be taken against officials found negligent in discharging their duties.—PPI
