DHAKA, Nov 19: Bangladesh have axed opener Rajin Saleh and middle order batsman Mohammad Ashraful from a 13-man squad hosting Zimbabwe in one-day series starting later this month.
Batsman Tushar Imran has been recalled to the squad selected for the first three matches against Zimbabwe, who will play five one-day internationals and a Twenty20 match.
The first match will be played on Nov. 30 in Khulna, following a Twenty20 match at the same venue two days earlier.
A 13-man squad for Twenty20 contest has also been announced, with two uncapped batsmen Nazmus Sadat and Nadif Chowdhury set to make their debuts. Wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim and paceman Tapash Baisya have also been recalled.
