Pakistanis elected
KARACHI, Nov 14: Akhtar-ul-Islam, secretary of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), and Mansoor Masood Khan were elected in the committees of International Hockey Federation (FIH), it was announced on Tuesday.
Olympian Akhtar was elected as a member of the ‘event and competition committee’ while Mansoor was elected in the ‘marketing committee’ of the FIH in the elections held recently during the congress in London.—APP
